Do I qualify to teach with Participate Learning if I am a U.S. citizen/resident or am planning on marrying a U.S. citizen?

We sponsor J visas for program participants and their families. Only candidates who are not U.S. residents or candidates who are not looking to relocate permanently to the U.S. are eligible to be sponsored.
